Yeah it was pretty poor. Did get to test drive the new models, which are fantastic. Having driven the new V90CC and XC60 I think these new vehicles are really a fantastic step up for Volvo in terms of new car quality and design.

We left thinking that the Volvo dealer network from our experience is a massive let down, the salespeople and the store are no different from the Dacia, Renault or the Nissan experience and if current dealers treat Volvo the same way Volvo is going to fail to get the sales from BMW, Audi, Merc, Lexus that they should do.

... which is why some of us know (and use) good dealers and avoid the bad ones.
