Default Volvo touch up paint Sandstone 437

Hi all, just on the offchance, does anyone have a spare genuine touch up stick left of this colour rattling around their workbench? Its a rare one, so it seems to be one of the very few colours Volvo have discontinued altogether.

I've tried the ebay mix-to-order jobbies, but I should have known better; shade-wise they are a mile out, in fact I think the scrapes and paint chips looked better before the touch up.

You may be better off going to a local auto paint specialist who can mix the correct colour from a paint sample. Either the car or a small part removed from it. I have had paint matched that way by local suppliers to me and the match has been perfect every time. I have a very critical eye and can see any minor variation in shade.

One supplier I have used in the past had a special machine that measured the colour on the car and others have done it by eye - in both instances they were spot-on.

Certainly an option, I just recall how perfect the match was on my old Olive Pearl T5 using the proper factory stick. I only needs a few drops, not a litre!

A couple of weeks back I bumped into a family who have TWO Sandstone v70s, one being a fixer upper with a bonnet from another car. I could ask him if he is getting any mixed up and buy an extra litre.
