Default V40 1.9D 2001 Sensor Readings

Hello,

this is my first post to this forum. I red almost everything about problems with my model of car. I have V40 2001 1.9D 85KW car. I have power problem under 2500rpm. No vac leaks. I clean EGR valve last week it was clogged. There is leak on inlet manifold where shut off valve meets it. I will change gasket in few days with Renault one spare because of oil leak behind inlet.

I tested some sensors today and I need to check reading that I have wrote.

N75 resistance: 16.5 ohms
MAF sensor signal to ground : on idle 2.3V and rising to 3.2V with rev up
MAP sensor signal to ground: 1.9V on idle and rising to 2.7 with rev up

Can someone check voltages and resistance on this and other sensors on their cars.
I don't know what other fuel sensors are but there are three sensors on passenger side of engine: I guess this are camshaft, fuel pressure and fuel temp sensors. Can somebody explain usage and test procedures of sensors shown on attached picutre

If someone can check resistance on his injector two leads. And if one can tell how to check IAT (intake air temp) sensor (resistance, voltage ...).
My IAT sensor is one integrated in MAF sensor.

Also, I want to test APP (accelerator pedal position sensor) - all readings of this potentiometers are wellcome.

Vida reference:

Thank you
Sasa from Belgrade, Serbia

Here are the names of sensors and my readings.
Can someone tell if position signal of EGR grows with revving because my stays at 1.15V

Not sure what the voltage of the EGR should be. It opens at specific times, when the engine is cold, so it warms ups faster with the reuse of some of the hot exhaust gases. So try measuring the voltage with a cold engine and see if it changes as it rises in temperature

Hi, I had exact same problem with my own v40d.
It would be flat and lacking power until over 2500rpm.I replaced the n75 valve as this is usually the fault with them, as fitted 100s of them at the Volvo dealer. It was slightly better, but not perfect.
I plug my diagnostic in and read off codes and live data.
The MAF reading air flow was very low and air temp was high.I disconnected MAF plug and road tested. The performance was better still.
I fitted a new MAF and what a difference. It absolutely flies, even though it's had a 167bhp remap.
