Update

Found that wrench.
Plugs seem OK, cleaned them a bit

Started the engine after- still sputters.

Changed coils over between 2nd and 4th cylinder

Sputters

Unplugged (with engine running) 2nd cylinder (formerly 4th) coil- no change.

Looks like faulty coil.

But I want to be sure- I'll swap these 2 over again, and this time will unplug 4th (so, still same coil)

Then I'll put trough order at Eurocarparts, its 5 mins walk for me.

Would be better to use something proper, but I have no time to wait for delivery

Not over yet...

Maybe I should start titling my threads "east enders" or something..

Yesterday as I was rolling slowly home, without 1 pot, I was also accompanied by a clicking noise from underneath..
Frankly, first things I checked were suspension and engine mounts as far as I could see with torch.

Today I swapped that coil, set of to work, and clicking was still there.
I completely forgot about it!

A bloody screw in nearly new Avon ZV7...
Garage nearby..
And says "no, we can't fix it. We're spraying at the moment and can't disconnect compressor for next hour, maybe 2"

Started swapping for spare, guy came out and said that something went wrong with paint, he's got compressor for 5 minutes, so get that wheel off (no space to drive in)

I'm waiting for it to come back now.. Hopefully I'll be on my way shortly.

It begs to ask "what else can...", but typically answer comes quickly and I don't want to risk it.
