Thank you guys for the feedback. This tells me Lemforder has really gone downhill with their rear wishbone bushing, exactly what I've noticed on a Lemforder bush that I purchased myself https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q32CuR34v6c

So far I had a rear Lemforder bushing for S60 going bad, and also a rear Lemforder bushing for XC90 going bad, all in less than 1 year, all purchased in sealed original Lemforder boxes. I also found a post on a Russian forum with a rear bushing failed too soon on a XC90. I think it's time to take a break from buying Lemforder wishbones, I know they have other good quality parts (ball joints, end links, etc) but for now they have a problem with their wishbones.

Other wishbone options are TRW (similar to genuine) and Meyle HD (more or less durable, depending on the roads surface)

I think I am going to try meyle hd control arms. Also thinking about trw or febi bilstein, but meyle is my first choice for now.

TRW seems to be a closer quality to OEM, but more expensive too. On other forums (Bmw, Merc) customers have mostly good feedback for this brand. They provide the genuine parts for a few european brands

I personally had a Febi (Made in Germany) spring seat cracked after 1 year and less than 7000 miles.

I can only vouch for febi on a renault, but I decided around 6 years ago that the original wishbones should be replaced as a balljoint was worn on one and they were original (reanault branded, made by febi) from 2001, bushes were still servicable! Replaced with febi, still going strong 6 years later. I must add that although a Scenic is not a sports car, I have always driven it like one, on lots of bumpy roads, its taken the family camping to wales/cornwall fully laden inc roofbox, and so-on...
Also FAI IME are good. I had a Citroen ZX which eat bushes, had a bump 1 year after FAI fitted, one arm got bent at the P bush pin, bushes still good. Replaced that with various budget items every year before mot as they were dead by then. FAI on other side lasted 4 years+ until car was scrapped.

Having had, over the years, all sorts of issues with non genuine Volvo parts my advice is to just go down the genuine parts route. Quite simply it save time and money.

I bought genuine volvo from well nown seller on ebay(main dealer), and send them back because bushes in one had micro cracs already. When I was moving bush by hand I could see them. So my question is for how many years they sit in volvo warehouse and waiting to be sold :/
