Default need abs module old volvo!

hi all ive a 1994 reg august 855 and in need of working abs module the number is a.t.e 9401541 if anyone can help id be grateful,thanks.

open it up and reflow the solder joints it the most common repair for 850s even if you find a replacement its likely it will need repair its caused by the use of lead free solder on the circuit boards .

hi simmy yes i have resoldered the joints but it still fails to go out i think a component has died rather than just come loose,breakerlink just sent me a quote how about £340! off there bloody rockers! must be trying to sell the entire system. its a shame the soldering fails,cheers

try sending it to lucaz at volvo diagnostics in tilbury they will be able to test it. or try some of the bigger breakers yards .
