Possible Red S reg V70 2.5T , For Sale .. £1300 ono - Page 2

Hi,
Firstly I'm in Glasgow, South-side.
Owners - I'll have to check on the V5 tomorrow as paperwork is kept at my work, it's not mad , think I'm the 3rd or 4th owner.
MOT - Just passed with flying colours , no advisories, in Sept there so 'til Sept 2015 ( see the pictures of the MOT above )
Paint - As far as I'm aware , no. I certainly haven't . There is no evidence of anything like overspray anywhere tho I am no expert. I do know ( ie I found out the hard way ) that the car has had a replacement passenger wing-mirror fitted as it's more shiny than the driver's side one and wiring was messed up but I fixed it.
Tax - Any car now being sold cannot be sold with tax and it does not transfer with change of ownership. You have to tax it online/over the phone/at the P.O. when you buy it using the Green New Keeper Suppliment section of the V5 which I have.
Btw I obviously have the V5 and 3 keys ( 2 with working fobs and a service key )
As for the price not really. I paid £1050 for it in July and have spent over £700 on the car making it right. Plus that isn't including the cost of the T5 alloys and 4 new decent tyres. I know you dont always get the money that you've spent back on a car but I feel £1300 is fair and I don't really want to go any lower . If you wanted the wheels as well then I'd maybe do a deal on them both.
The way I see it for these Phase 1 V70s you're getting a helluva lot of car in the £1000-£1500 bracket. Ok, any of these cars now are 13-16 years old and not going to be paint perfect or faultless but they are great value for money. The R I've just bought has a few foibles and pieces that are broken , but it's a £1400 lovely, mean looking , piece of Swedish history that goes and sounds great.

just to say keep to your price , i have the same car but in silver se model in great condition , nice ones are hard to come by , try other sites they tend to hold there price , cheers bill lpool

It's not sold but it'll have to wait 'til this bad cold weather clears to sell it , definitely after New Year ..
