Default Theft of Volvo 144

Hi Mike Sorry to trouble you, but I have had to report the theft of my volvo 144 to the Police, who have asked me to contact the Vovo Owners Club to put out an alert. I cannot find my login details, so could I ask you to post on the forums the theft? It it a 1969 volvo 144 saloon automatic - Polar White, reg no ORU783G. Stolen overnight 5/6th September from Stourwood Road, Southbourne, Bournemouth, Dorset. My contact phone number is 01202 427646. If anyone sees it can they report sighting to the Police please. There was a repair to the rear offside sill to get it through the MOT and this is black in colour about 8 inches long, so even if number plates have been changed it could still be identified. Thanking you in advance for your help. Annette Lorne-Margrove

Unhappy Theft of Volvo 144

What terrible news, and right on my doorstep. I am only about 10 miles from Bournemouth and always keep an eye open for any other 140's in the area.
I must say that i have never seen this car around before though.
Lets hope it turns up safe and well.

Might be worth putting out an alert on retro rides.
