Mercedes world (brooklands meet) confirmation please read

Just to confirm date is 29th september at 1.30 onwards, to meet the 2.30pm tour of the merc world facility.

Looks as though we may have the tour to ourselves and they may be laying some stuff on extra for us to do.

I did notice you can do a hot lap in an AMG with one of there professional drivers, i may go for that myself its relatively cheap at £15 or a longer session for £30 (as passenger). I have seen the cars buzzing aroudn there large skid pan before and looks a lot of fun.

Be good to see some of you there.

If your interested can you please put your name on the thread so i can give rough numbers to merc world for activities, shoudl they be able to lay them on.

so far as i can tell.

Me, Casey, Nat plus one, Martin p, Merc, oblark, Judgeninja, Jimbob, Lord b, stedman, iamawookie, villan, wooble (john 850r, dave s70t5 and neal tuned 740 turbo, some friends of mine).

Were up to 16 plus i know there are another 5-10 that are debating at the moment.

Ok after speaking with merc world we are now full, all those who have noted interest have been counted, but i will be trying to organise another day in a few months time.

lunch can be pre-booked at the gullwing resturant to be contacted on 01932 373724 or there is a walk in cafe, but ill probably grab some food before leaving home

Ive already counted you and with the interested gauged we should be absolutley fine regards numbers, some have confirmed via text message and a more complete list on volvotuners.co.uk, so no worries were at about 20 plus stragglers and plus ones so were probably there now.
