New 2021 XC 90 issues

Hello all, first time on forum! I really like the XC90 I bought but either I cannot figure it out or it is broken ... maybe both!
Here are my issues:

1. Volvo on call will not “start” my car. Car is cold even after waiting 5-10 mins. I come out to my car and it is not on despite app saying it is. The battery is not full when I tried this. I haven’t charged it (need a day off >29 degrees to play with it) . I also cannot get parking climate to work either. Says “failed to start parking climate” I even leave my heater on full and at 75 when I leave the car night hoping to start the car from my house and it be warm in 10 mins but it is still same degree and seats and steering wheel not warm.

2. The QI iPhone charger does not work well. If it picks up at all the phone (case on or off the phone it doors to matter) starts a charge but within seconds it says “wireless charging not active” and “clear the charging area from other objects”. There are no objects.

Again any help would be appreciated. I’m not sure if this is something I can fix with your help or I need to bring to Volvo which is about 2hr away.

Hey sorry if I’m wrong area, 2021 xc90 trying to get help with remote start to get a warm car and my QI wireless charger doesn’t work with Apple iPhone 12... I learned this is due to the magnet in back of iphone 12... volvo not Apple can do anything about it apparently. Thanks all of help on other one

Also, when would one use the additional keyless black fob and how would you use it. It seems redundant to me so I must be missing something! Thanks all

Unless I am also very much mistaken, this is all posted in the correct section. This is the General section for XC90's from 2014 model year onwards.
