Clicking noise when turning off ignition

Hi, does anyone know what this clicking noise is the engine off ignition been turned on and then back off ? ( link attached for video)

The noise is also made when the is running then switched off!

Also is the whining noise is the oil pump for the turbo ? And I this normal?

That’s perfectly normal, the noise you can hear is the EGR valve actuator. If I remember correct it performs a self test/cleaning procedure every so many shut offs.

Its normal.

The noise will be loud anyway because the bonnet is lifted. Once you close the bonnet, it won't be as loud because the sound won't travel as far.

Nothing to worry about.
