seat webbing clips P1800
Anyone know where to get the wire clips that fit the webbing strap into the seat frame -- I have bust one or its died of fatigue thro my fat ar+e and being there 40 odd years
Looked on Woolies site but could not see them I only need one -- has anyone got one they could part with? Last edited by CLIVERALLY; Jun 6th, 2014 at 08:11. |

If they are the same as the Amazon ones, I know the 1800 has individual straps, should be easy to bend one up from a piece of a good wire coat hanger.

I tried the coat hanger trick last year with my Amazon and one let go at an inoportune moment. A visit to my local sofa reupholstery chap provided new clips, as used in home furniture, that were almost identical and worked perfectly with a slight tweak. I also bought new webbing from him for a fraction of the price of the Pirelli stuff. Result: Nice comfy seats again.
