HOT FROG Pre heater

Here are photos of a pre heater I bought from Germany. It works great fitted to my S60. Plugs into the mains, I've it on a timer. come out in the morning and the car coolant is warm. Photos are too big, but I can e mail if you want to see what its like

I'm sure that win 8 must have a 'downsizer' somewhere, although I cannot find it. There are free progs though e.g. caesium, which will get the files down to the required upload which is somewhere around the 350 kb mark.
