RE: S70 DUAL EXHAUST - CAN IT BE DONE???
Yes, a guy on this forum has done it I looked at some pics of his car last night but cant remember his name but he replies quite frequently and has a link to pics of his car at the bottom of his replies.
There is a company called Powerflow exhausts who operate a franchise type operation with garages throughout the country. They custom make exhausts on site using stainless steel. Normally they copy the exhaust on your car but can make one to your own spec. My car came with a Powerflow exhaust and I have the receipt, it was about £300. Simon |

There is also Longlife performance exhausts, where I got mine done for my C70 T5. Fantastic custom exhaust made whilst you wait and it sounds fantastic. some of the guys I met at Gaydon have seen/heard it and will testify to my claim. :)
Website: http://www.stainlesssteelsilencers.co.uk/ I thouroughly recommend them. They only use top quality 304 grade stainless throughout the system, that will *never* rust. Alternatively here is Powerflows site if you want an exhaust made of a mix of grades of stainless: http://www.powerflow.uk.com/ Cheers, Dan. |

Yes! I'm currently getting mine done, I have decided to get the bumper modified to have the exhaust port replicated on the other side and then made and sprayed up so it looks like oem. I'll have a mold for it so more can be done and may consider reselling units on. The 1st one is always the most expensive because of R&D. I haven't actually fitted it yet and the exhaust is going to be done by my local powerflow dealer. They are very good and do cars for the boy racer magazines http://homepage.mac.com/hhaward/.Pic...in-exhaust.jpg |

Nice S70,
I would like top hook mine up like that. I own a 98 Volvo S70 and have been trying to find out if I could run dual on my car. In fact, mine is black like this one. Could you please tell me what all I need to get another pipe to mine so that it looks like this one. I will pay for postage if they make them in the UK. I currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and there know car dealer that can do this that I know of. Here's my address: Samuel Miller 454 Whitewater Trail Stockbridge, GA. 30281 |

RE: S70 DUAL EXHAUST - CAN IT BE DONE???
Hi,
i've had it done on my 850 (basically the same as the S70), it was done by Powerflow in Coventry. To get the cut out on the drivers side you need to use a Dremmel (or similiar) to cut the recess outof the bumper, & there is a small angle section of metal behind that needs cutting out with a grinder (very easily done). Sorry i've been locked out, so haven't been on lately. If you have any questions because e-mail at info@covcrew.co.uk as i'm not sure when i'll be back |
