Default Gas Tank Straps
Anyone know if it's possible to replace both gas tank straps without taking the tank off? I'm pretty sure I can get the LHS on but not so sure about the RHS as there is a heat shield in the way that is fastened to the tank. Will take a closer look tonight.

One at a time? not had the tank off but that's all i got.

yeah, that's what I'm hoping...I seem to remember that the strap has to go under the exhaust shield and I think it might be tough access to the shield bolts...

The straps can be accessed without removing anything. Hold the tank in place on the jack.
