Hi, now looking for oil change on my XC90 D5 2007reg. Can someone advise which oil to choose. There is 50% sale at euro car parts so want to get correct oil finally. And does it need 6.2l? Someone there mentioned that castrol FST 0w30 oil, but that is not popping out in ECP when I enter my registration.
Thank in advance.

What's the 50% discount code for ecp?
I looked at their site and it said 30% off?

They sent an email stating that there was 50% off all oil. Unfortunately the email was a mistake, as the actual promotion was supposed to be a 2 hour flash sale offering 50% off all oil filters.

They make mistake. Received email that they have 2h flash sale with 50%off for oil, but code didn't work. Later git email that they made a mistake and 50% off was for filters. Bastards...

I had an issue with my XC90 when I first got it. Dealer sent it to Volvo and they fixed the issue, but it also came back with a large pink sticker under the bonnet saying "Only fill to halfway mark".
I think the dealer I bought from filled it right up when they serviced it. The car didn't like being filled way up and threw an error. The Dealer (Ford) couldn't cure it and sent to Volvo (great service).
Oil :
I believe it's 0w 40 OR 5w 40
Hope this helps and isn't gibberish

Best Oil 5W40 Shell Helix

Available from Euro Car parts , wait for the deals. My XC90 '03 D5 loves this stuff. New filter and she' good for 30-40 mpg.

Happy motoring

This week replaced cambelt, but I'm still confused with oil. So which exactly to buy? 0w30 or 5w40 for xc90 d5 2007?
Thanks,
Rob
