Default S60 D5 Alloy Change

Hi - wondering if anyone can answer a question for me please. I am looking to change my 16'' 2002 S60 D5 alloys (which have done me well for the past 8 years) and have seen a set of Turnus 5 spoke 17'' which I wouldn't mind.
The wheels are off either a 2007 upwards V70 or XC70.
When I've checked online the:
Stud Pattern 5x108 - MATCH
Centre bore 65.1 - MATCH
Rim 7.5 x 17 (If I move to 17'') - MATCH

but the Offset is listed ET38 on my alloys where it is ET40 for Turnus Alloy.
Will this make a difference or has anyone tried these wheels on an early S60?
Thanks
