Default Cambelt and Water pump cost??

I've just bought a '57 Volvo S80 (2.4 D) which has now done 112,000 miles. The service book is full of stamps that make sense and don't cause any concern, but it's not clear to me if the cam belt and water pump were done with the last service (there is a hand written note in the service book to this effect, but on phoning the garage, they could not find any evidence it had been done....).

So, I thought I would get a quote for a cam belts / water pump change, via Whocanfixmycar.com - I have had 3 quotes back, £307, £216 and £300. I am surprised by the cost, as I was expecting a much higher quote for what I thought was quite labour intensive work...what am I missing, or do these quotes make sense???

Thanks!
