Default 240 headliner removal

Evening,
Still in the process of stripping off the bits/pieces getting my 93 Torslanda estete ready for respraying. One thing i am not 100% sure of is taking out the headlining to get the roof bars off.. I have taken out all the bits over my head etc and now the lining is sat there bare so to speak. It is plastic soft cloth rather than like a 940 which is solid. Do i take the sides off the lip and take it out through the rear. Once one side is off is it sort of self explanitory. Does the front get unclipped first. I remember stripping a 240 once and i remember thinking once it was out and i tore it how easy the rear unattatched.
Any ideas would be much appreiciated.
Mick.
