Sensus upgrade for MY14.5 - Page 2

Sorry a little confused here. I though MY15 cars were loaded with the widely anticipated 'May update' and that you'd have all these additional useless APP's you'll probably never use.

Haven't you go the 'May update' on yours then?

Think link suggests you should, or have I missed the irony of your comment

PS, Just learnt how to add these smiley things so I will be playing catch up from now on

Only one I would use was Park and Pay, think I can find fuel in Nav, same for local search really..No book a service either!

On the plus point its going to be Sunny here tomorrow

Now I wouldn't put too much faith in that new weather app on sensus connect.........according to my spies it's going to bucket down in your neck of the woods

Parkopedia supports the UK market, I've used it before. Would hope that it makes it on at some point.....

Don't know if it's just me only the APP's being added (apart from Send to car) just seem a little lame. Is it just a case of quantity over quality (or ones Volvo can get for free or next to nothing)?

Would quite like more useful one like Spotify, given that the car has internet access. Also, Spotify (for example) has experienced a huge increase in subscribers over the last year or so yet Volvo have decided to team-up with little know or peripheral subscription music providers. Makes no sense to me at all.

I've never really had a problem locating a fuel station so not sure why an APP helping me find fuel would enhance my user experience. Also, the functionality available in the Nav (for those who have it) replicates some of the features of the new APP's, therefore making them of little use.

I don't think this is anything to do with the apps but I do like the way the nav tells me I am getting low on fuel and asks me if I would like it to find fuel now, and can automatically route me (or add as waypoint) the selected fuel station.
Not sure if this is MY15 or was already available..?
