Build the speed up slowly though, if it's not had a decent run for a while you don't want to give it everything instantly!

Fuel rail pressure relief valve is leaking OR one or more injectors has excessive leak-back.

No such animal as a fuel pressure relief valve but working on the idea of leaky injectors, he's trying some injector cleaner now.

It's also too early to have common rail injection if it was a diesel - i can see where you're going though.

It hasn't been ignored but the car hasn't cut out, just a pig to restart when hot, everything is pointing to fuel at the moment though.

Problem is solved.
Here is the story. I emptied fuel tank but the problem was still exist. I went to repair shop this morning. Repairman checked crank position sensor and cleaned it but no chance. He replaced ignition module but nothing changed. He checked and cleaned distributor but nothing. He checked and cleaned fuel relay but .... After couple hours he spent, he said that there was something strange. While the engine was hot, car was getting ignited as long as the key was not removed. Once he removed the key, and tried to start the car, no ignition. Then we checked radio suppression relay. We removed cover of the relay and observed how it was running. Normally, contacts of the relay were open. When key was turned to start car, the contacts were closing and touching each other. If the key was not removed, the contacts stayed closed. Once you the key was removed, the contacts were opening. However, after the key was in and turned to start car, the contacts were not closing. So that radio suppression relay was replaced and problem is solved. Thanks to everybody for helping me. I hope that my story may help someone in the future.

I am pleased to hear your news. And. It seems to me. Your repairman is a very careful thorough man.

I had completely forgotten about that relay. This is just the injector power supply relay (to isolate the radio supply from the injector switching).
It is one of the weak points, and that is a weird symptom. |
