Unfortunately if you block or partially block the holes it will mess up your disk cooling, fraid its a case of keeping on top of the cleaning regime

JM there are disc covers which keep the alloys clean but allow the discs to vent as they only cover the front portion not sure how much they are but I'd start asking the desk top racer brigade (the kids who buy the most moronic exhuast from Halfords for £29.99 and think they have a Subaru Imprezza although they really have a Ford Orion and play music which no other human or animal for that matter can understand)

Or check the intermernet for them

Hi,

I have seen these plastic/nylon inserts advertised, not recently though.
And yes they do block some of the airflow required to keep the disks and pads cool..

If you find them, and decide to fit them, it would be worth considering adding some means of directing some airflow to that area.
Use a home made funney type affair to do it, securely fixed somewhere underneath..

Default Kleen wheels

Hi All,

I found the web site I was after re the clean wheels dust covers, they seem ok and would stop a lot of wheel cleaning, only got to do 20 miles with original volvo brake pads and the wheel is dark grey!
