Default ABS and traction control issue

So on start up i have ABS light on. Go to set off and 90% of time i set off and traction control light flashes and i have very low power. Putting my right foot down for a matter of 2-3 seconds and the flashing stops and it drives normal.
I've put new brakes on, bled the system (needed brakes anyway) and drove for a few weeks with the issue still there. AWD working fine too.

I've seen other threads and ABS sensor stands out as a leading culrpit, i was thinking ABS pump causing a sensor issue maybe? Then i've seen mention of reluctor rings can cause at least symptoms similar to this.

Has anyone else had this and have potential advise on where to look?

Much more likely to be ring/sensor related rather than a pump issue.
A proper read of the codes with Vida will help hugely and it can graph individual wheel speeds to spot an anomaly.

Yep, as Cherished5 says, almost certainly an ABS reluctor ring issue. These are under £5 each and pretty easy to fit, so if they haven't been changed that's a sensible place to start.

When the ABS module / pump fails you tend to get 'STOP NOW' type messages. the 'ABS SERVICE REQUIRED' message is normally reluctor ring or a sensor, but probably 90% of the time its the reluctor rings...
