It's good that you've got a date, but I thought you'd ordered in July? That makes it more than six and a half months?

Ordered mine last week S60 PE with the new power unit, I was told it would be ready for March 22, worried now it may be longer after the wait you've had

Jaguar and BMW are taking orders for next summer delivery on some model, so in the grand scheme Volvo aren't doing too bad considering the chip and material shortages.

Certain Range Rover's and Land Rovers are over 12month wait which is crazy

Six and a half months from order conformation.

Yes I ordered 4th July and waited over four months for order conformation but as expressed they did reprocess the order in Sept to get the spec upgrade so I’m not complaining.

So effectively one month for order conf then 6.5m delivery thereafter

If all is fair in love and war I would expect yours a month after mine.

Dealer or online order?

I would ask them if it is confirmed by Volvo (the precise date would suggest so) unless the S is lesser lead time than the V

Agree I've spoke to them again today and they still say March 22, I believe the S is lesser lead time as they dont sell as many as the V series

Aah, that makes sense. I hadn't picked up on the resubmission part.

Is it true that the new MY22 S60/V60 will stick with the old SENSUS system and not move to the Android version like the rest of the range?

It doesn't bother me as I hear the SENSUS is a decent system now and I read a lot of people are struggling with the new Android.

I asked my dealer and they we're 100% sure

Yes, the V/S60 will still use Sensus.
