Default Oil leak help - 2.5T 2005

I’ve found a couple of oil leaks and wondered if they are common on the 2.5T (2005) or should I be more concerned.

Ones from the turbo and the other the cam belt side. See pictures.

The cambelt one could be the front crank seal which is easy enough to replace if you're confident removing the timing belt and crank pulley for access.

the turbo one could be leaking from the cam cover bolts or pcv hose and then down the back.

easy enough to take the cover off and see if the coil packs are sitting in oil.

If not it could be turbo return line gasket
