Default Fixed £2800 Price.

Hi all,
As the actual owner, Roy, of this vehicle let me explain.
Past experience has shown me that when you just quote a figure it invites time wasters to contact you with statements of ' if I come now will you take xxxx in cash ' when xxxx turns out to be half of your asking price and a total waste of time.
I could have put in a higher price to allow a margin to haggle on, but, I thought it best to be up front and ask for what I deem acceptable.
As the owner only I have the full picture of its provenance which will be supplied to any prospective purchaser prior to viewing.
If you have quality, then its commands a quality price.
If someone wants a decent car then they will pay the price, as demonstrated by a subsequent posting for a V70R @ £3495 I believe, but subject to haggling no doubt.
This car can only be judged by requesting details, photos, and viewing.
Sure you can buy cheap, but what will you get ?
Quite probably a load of trouble as ' Willie ' did on his last purchase of a V70R.
Willie was kind enough to help out this ' old boy,' who has a fear of computers, in placing the ad/thread but he was working Blind.
So I will now try to place an Ad/thread for myself to assist members and counter negative comments.
Thank you for reading this.

I can only offer my comments as in the posting below.
Perhaps you might see where I am coming from and see fit to make a personal judgement following studying its provenance if requested.
All the best.

So if the wallet can take it why not continue the ' hurt ' and request me for the full photos and details ?
Thought it might be a good idea ?

absolutely stunning car the one i had was a 99 t plate with only 66,000 on it and was the only car i regret selling i got 3.300 for mine 2 year ago and the man tried to talk me down even further but like you i thought my car was worth every penny but when he turned up to pick it up he was more than happy!! so in my humble opinion if anyone wants something bad enough i would pay the money for a nice one which does look very nice i have now after looking a very nice S60R which i gave good money for because it was NICE!!!! so never mind what you think its worth if its for you then buy it !! your only here once !! good luck with your sale hope you dont mind me having a say
