Oil on intercooler pipe
Did an oil change today on my XC90 and with the engine tray off spotted a little bit of oil misting on the intercooler pipe - the one that wraps under the engine, where I think it connects with the resonator hose.
Definitely limited to this hose, and a little wet - couldn't see any other oil anywhere underneath so it must be this. Is it worth replacing? A quick photo after I had wiped it down to show the exact joint/seal where it appears to be leaking: https://ibb.co/gVsZmgJ Car is a 2009 D5, auto box with 145k miles. I personally wouldn’t be to concerned unless it was leaking so much it was causing a lack of boost ect. They all sweat a bit and oil on the pipes is normal. I’d just clean it off like you have done and see what it’s like next oil change. You can get just the seals if you want to sort it 100%
