Default 15 x 8 dished steel wheels.

Freshly sprayed white

There has been some damage to the paint shown in the pics.

Ample amount of tread on all

2 x 195/50/15 Bravuris 2
2 x 205/55/15 Admiral

I paid 200 for the wheels and 100 for the spraying.

I know im not going to get that for them so they will go to the best offer!

Hi there Palmer,I was just wondering what the wheels looked like without the volvo chrome hubcaps. And as I haven't had the pleasure of owning any volvo with those type of hubcaps how are they held in place?.
I'm affraid I won't be making an offer on them purely because of distance if I had to pick them up or the cost of a courier.Otherwise I would be very tempted.
I do like the look and the tyres look very good tread wise as well.
Why is it whenever I see a good deal it's always to flipping far.

Good luck with the sale anyway.
Regards Brian.

You Teaser you.Like I said I'm always on the lookout for nice wheels, but as of yet I don't have the right car?character wise for these.
I can see them on something old but more racey looking. My motly collection are just original looking.
Despite thinking about a nice 240 sallon or 740 saloon at this time it just wouldn't be right.I still need the practcality of the estate(loadlugger) and the seating capacity of the Limo.Imagine a 240 saloon slightly lowered with subtle body kit etc etc finished off with some retro wheels,,,,,AAHH stop it..

Maybe when the girls have left home(yeah right) I can spoil myself with a midlife crisis Lol.Nearly flipping 50 now though.

Could any other style of cap be fitted?
I keep looking but get oldstyle chrome with racer type wheels?

Thanks though Brian.

Try searching for American Racing, they do a very similar type. These type are often on turbobricks too. They look quite good on an estate haha.

They would look the dogs danglies on a 240 saloon though!

Im presuming as long as its a circle hub cap that has hold similar to these it will fit?

You keep tempting me with these! Any chance you could add a pic of it without the centre cap?

They're growing on me..not sure about the colour tho! Have you ever had them on a car? Just trying to picture what they would look like!

What size are the tyres?

Nah bought em when i was keeping the car then didnt decided to sell up lol.

I think white is a good colour for wheels, always makes your tyres look jet black, whereas if you have black wheels it makes the tyres look dirty all the time :P

Hang on ill find a pic of them on turbobricks on a 940.

Tyre sizes in original post btw

EDIT:

Heres a 940 estate with them. In black but with no hub caps
