Give Simon at Brookhouse a ring and let him know the colour. He may know where to find the seat parts or send a message to 123GT on here. I'm sure he will have a few lying about. Problem is getting the right colour.
When I was putting my Amazon together I managed to get an old seat base, the correct colour and a chap up the road from you sewed it all up and you would never know. There is also a guy in Wellesley Road, Methil, who is a handy chap to know.

You haven't said what colour. First thing to go is usually the stitching and that can often be redone if the vinyl hasn't ripped. Sections can be stretched a bit and restitched as long as you're not looking for a concours job. Covers will need to come off to work out what's best. Seat backs and usually good rear seats can often be a donor for material.

If you're looking for color code 176-524 (kinda medium-light blue), I had difficulty sourcing seatcovers in that material for my '66... think it was a one-year color. I've seen others substitute the grey or black instead; became irrelevant for me when I changed body and interior colors altogether.
