Black 240 GLT Saloon stuck in traffic on the road to Chaddesley Corbett this Morning, Reg had a G and a Y in it, but it looked super clean.
Anyone on here? |

So my Tank mile munched his way from. South Britany to Caen, then late at night from Portsmouth to Derby about 10 days ago. Spotted no 200's in France and t'was dark once in UK.
So today Tank and I are setting off for home once again. Derby, A38, M40 v M42' A34 , M27, M275. Keep 'em peeled & give us a flash/wave if you spot us. Tank is not looking this 'red' (again) right now, but that worn out grey streak tells you clearly that it is 'Tank' !

I have seen a red 245 dl today in Derby. G135.... I remember considering buying this very car around half a year ago. It was in quite good condition, apart from rusty sill. I bought a different car. Then, I saw this car on ebay a few weeks ago, it very sad condition. Tinted windows and general impression of heading straight to a banger. I thought it was practically lost. And then i saw it today, looking absolutely impressive. A massive congratulations for saving it!

I was on my way to Buxton Saturday to see my brother I was driving Big Red. The traffic was moving slowly and as i past the Royal oak on the left i caught sight the back end of an old Volvo. being curious and in no rush I pulled off next right to turn around and have a look. Well a hundred yards up the road was the 240 pictured so I stopped to have a look. As i was getting out my 240 the owner came out the house all smiles. We had a chat he was down from Penrith for a family occasion " jump in i will drop you off ". He said he does come on here as a guest and will look at signing up.
It was nice to meet you Pete take care. |

Penzance Sainsbury's this lunchtime, 'J' reg. red Torslanda. Cornish registration, MAF I think, so presumably fairly local. Cheery wave from driver and passenger as they left the car park.
