T5-R for sale 95N

95N T5-R 113,000m with history up until '03. Then I serviced her after that. All MOT's present confirming mileage.
Engine is smooth and responsive. Nivomat suspension. Had loads of new bits over the years, but now needs tlc due to the following:

offside Delta link bush needs replacing (clunk from rear confirmed by garage)

radiator has very slight leak, needs 1/2 litre per month added

rear tailpipe rusted and fell off (back box still present, makes normal noise)

ABS light comes on occassionally - standard dry joints problem

MOT due on March 22nd.

Tax runs out 31st jan (tomorrow), but can be renewed for 6 months if required at cost.

The car can be driven with no problem, just a bit clunky from the back when going over bumps.

Aw crap...why does this sort of thing come up when I have no money....good luck with the sale, I'm sure this will be gone in only a couple of days.
