It's a Bosch. It took me 2-3 hours of digging, if you are curious, and I didn't have that info... you'll get there.

It hurts me just thinking about the fact how many of these great cars have been scraped just because of this stupid tank expiry policy (actually these tanks could serve for more than 50 years) and lack of interest from Volvo to provide replacement tanks for a reasonable amount of money. That is why I will never by a new Volvo in the future.
Is this about you? I'm not sure how Volvo not placing an order for several hundred tanks (to get a decent price) and holding these tanks in stock, so enough of us will come along to make it viable, makes them bad. Then again I could be wrong.

I've had a brain-wave. It's clearly such a good deal for them, why not you buy 500 tanks, watching them expire, and sit on them waiting for the rest of us to buy? Let us know when they're in stock, 'for a reasonable amount of money'? This in my case, means 50% of what one of the 500 in stock will cost. i'll let you hold onto the other 499. Storage alone will be mere pennies, you're going to be rich.

Yeah, damn their 'lack of interest', you show 'em.

Because in you case all your factory fuel-gauge requires is a 0-5V output, provided whatever sensor you use outputs such, why worry?

I think AEB1050 is resistive (0-90Ohm? or 0-50Ohm?) , however something in that area will produce 0-5V.

My worry is the nozzle diameter. And whether it will fit tightly or not.
