855/V70 T5 swap?

hello,
im after an 855/v70 for a straight swap for my '98 R reg 945. my car has 11 months mot, 5 months tax and is a manual 2.3 lpt. grey 1/2 leather interior, regency? red met, elecy windows/mirrors, remote central locking/alarm/immobiliser, a/c that works, load liner, load cover, built in dog guard, alloys, built in child seat. it has done 154,000 miles with fsh, and has had a recent cambelt.
yours should have a long mot and be taxed, not be a base model, no rusty bits and preferably have fsh.
please pm with any details-i am based in the west mids.
