Default No power to stereo

Hello,

I recently hit a bump on the Autobahn and the stereo cut out.
Ive checked the fuse and its ok, pulled the stereo out to check connectors, all ok.
ive read other posts mentioning a relay was the problem.

I own a V70 D5 2007, so the relay is soldered onto the CEM.

Is there anything else it could be, if its only likely to be the CEM i wont bother attempting to fix it, looks a real pain to remove and soldering is not for me.

Hi,

In case you haven't checked, if you have Premium audio or above, there are 2 fuses; one for the radio and one for the amp, (driver's side 10 and 11 in miine). The amp is the more vulnerable to moisture, knocks etc.

Best regards,

Rich.
