Default Injector fault help needed

Been getting the EML light on recently accompanied by the car running rough intermittantly. Every now and then, it will clear and the car will run smoothly again for a while, but it's getting to be a problem more and more often now, so it's time to get it sorted.

Reading the codes with my iCarsoft i906 it's indicating a faulty injector no4 and a misfire in cylinder 4.

Any mechanics in the Aldershot area, or within a reasonable distance who could fix this for me? Can't afford to pay main dealer prices and haven't found any good Volvo independents near me.

Car is a 2002 C70 T5

Cheers

Have you looked for another injector yet ? Your should be greens. They are easy enough to remove just buy a new rubber washer and maybe the plastic round washer that goes on the injector as well, as they are old now and probably brittle or deteriorated.

I've had a look, and they are blue injectors, not green.

I actually have 4 DTCs ...

ECM-2340 Injector 4
ECM-3503 Misfire, at least one cylinder
ECM-3543 Misfire, Faulty signal / Misfire cylinder 4
ECM-6110 Electric cooling fan (EC) relay low speed

I'm selling this complete rail with 5 blue injectors, if that's of interest?

The car they came off ran well and didn't have any engine codes stored.

Would prefer to deal outside ebay, would take £40 posted to avoid the hassle!

OK, going to try some troubleshooting at the weekend when I have some time off work and isolate the fault with a mechanic friend of mine. But if it looks like the injector is definitely the culprit I might just be taking you up on this

Make sure you have some spare o rings if it is your daily runner if they have been in for 15 years they will probably be deteriorated.
