Throttled valve 3 error, 1 error on lambda sonde and 1 error on solenoid, now really i donít know if lambda sonde and solenoid is a big problem, but the throttle I understand this is My problem, but my question is i find kit to repair it with 77£ and all the throttle valve with 124£ on eBay... and I donít really know what to do, which one to take

Admittedly I'm guessing here but if by throttle valve you mean the throttle body then as far as I know a replacement would need coding to the car where the repair kit would mean you keep the original throttle body[just repaired with the kit]and so don't need it re-coding.Recoding would of course add to the cost.
As an aside[and I could be way wrong here]I thought the d4 was a diesel engine? but you state it's a petrol?
