Default Towing Pack?

Does anyone have any knowledge of the towing pack the 240s had installed ? Mine appears to have one. Rear air suspension, up / down buttons in dash etc. Are they easy to uninstall, are they sought after at all ? I’ve searched guides etc and can’t find anything relevant..

Thanks in advance 👍

Apologies this could potentially be in the wrong section however may well sell as I don’t plan on using it

I remember these on a few 265s back in the past.Airshocks with a compressor. Not sure if they were a factory option though.

There were lots of options

A selection of towbars
You could have the air shocks or you could have rear shocks with coil springs over them
You could also get a G80 locker diff or the full LSD

Remember meeting a guy on a caravan site in Derbyshire mid 80s with a 244 who was a volvo mechanic anď he had a levelling system which he had to pump up form the driver seat.. not sure if it was done through a pedal. Presume it was after market... Munroe probably did a kit.

Dealer option and yes you are right with Monroe. You could have it with controls on the dash to lower/increase the pressure. I've had a few kits and we fitted one to our 240 pickup
