Default Which handle better...?

1998-2000 standard T5 or the R's?

This might sound like a daft question but interested in people's thoughts and experiences...

By now they handle like poo if suspension parts have not been replaced. How either one handles is down to what suspension replacement has been done and with what parts

Some T5's had the same suspension as the R's.
I know as I have striped a T5 and the chassis details were the same as my R, also checked with Volvo for original build , and parts listing.
Springs , shocks, roll bars, bump stops . Front and rear all the same.
How this was ordered , I don't know, other than I know you could order a lowered chassis, from new.

Roger.
