S40: Petrol Smell when stopped

VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net users. Forum owners such as us are finding that AOL, Yahoo and Plus.net are blocking a lot of email generated from forums. This may mean your registration activation and other emails will not get to you, or they may appear in your spam mailbox

ALWAYS wear safety glasses. Just as an addendum. If you look at the photos I sent, the leak was a tiny hairline crack on the right angle hard plastic bit that goes into the sender unit. So small you could hardly see it. A bit of Rapid Fix and the job is done, no more petrol smell. Just one thing though. Despite the fact that I have put everything back as it should be, the fuel guage no longer works. Any Ideas ?? Perhaps I have to re set the computer ?? Appreciate your thoughts. Thanks again...Phil
