Necam Mega CNG leakage and venting.
Hi All,
I am new here and try to find my way. Hopefully this one ends up in the right category, otherwise please advice me. I drive a V70 '07 Bifuel CNG. I found my regulator leaking a little bit of gas on the packing, I have tightened the nuts and now there is still a little leakage at one nut/bolt. I thought the valves on the tanks closes when shutting down the engine. So how can it still be leaking, even after 24 hrs of parking? Furthermore, when I fill up with a Fuelmaker cng compressor, I sometimes find the Necam regulator venting gas, even though the tank in only 50% full. This does not happen at a regular filling station. Has anybody ever experienced one of these events, or do you have any idea? Thanks, John |

Hi, if you post in the LPG section and ask your question to 'CNGBifuel' or 'classicswede' i'm sure they can help you out....
