Audio options are expensive and limited... FM transmitter type bluetooth add-on is only really affordable option, but only viable if you live in a part of the world where there are some unused slots in the FM spectrum. There was a Volvo aux/usb add-on kit, but it's hard to find, expensive, and requires a VIDA software upgrade to the system to make it work

Cool

Hi there
i have had my C70 D5 Sport for 3 years now and the novelty hasn't worn off.

I replaced the springs, shockies, discs and now in the market to improve the performance through re-map.

I used variable H&R Sport springs reducing it by 35mm. Ive never had problems with speed bumps.
I also replaced the front shocks with Bilstein B8 and the rear with Spax. The ride can feel hard at times but thats the solid stable feel I want. The variable element of the springs and shocks works well too and do allow easy travel on cobled roads.
The tyres are Continental ContiSport5 with heavy duty sidewalls which stick to road very well and actually feel sticky in the wet!
Drilled and slotted vented discs from a firm in Ireland with Mintex pads..

The car goes and handles well although I do realise the weight which allows you to anticipate potential threats of on-road handling and if you keep the roof up and windows down you'll travel with speed and assurance no problem. The worst part, in all honesty, are the brakes. They do tend to fade on country roads!

The Bluetooth solution I use and would recommend is this from Amazon. It sits perfectly in the hand brake space on the middle console. The inbuilt microphone picks up clearly too for hands-free phone calls. This device has AptX ability which gives UltraHD sound quality through Bluetooth and sounds absolutely amazing (if your phone is capable of using this Bluetooth codec) through the superb sound system. Combined with Android Auto or AutoMate you can have a fully working voice-controlled navigation and sound system.

I sit my phone on sticky rubber pad (which is washable) in landscape mode inside the speedo cluster. It works great as you can change tracks make calls using voice control and the buttons on the Bluetooth receiver allow manual operations such as volume control, next track, pause, answer call, etc.
