Default interior rearview mirror Dash Cam

Hello

Has per my other post about our new car it has some issues with the
interior rearview mirror glass not sticking well

Thinking about a replacement with a dashcam mirror given the cost is about to the same Sub £80 mark.

The current rearview mirror is the standard non auto dimming one. so do you think it will still have the power cables hidden in the holders plan to leave the main mirror attached (just remove the glass that falls off anyway and hook up the mirror Dash Cam over the top)

What power feed is best to use from one of the fuse box or from the auto dimming power feed if it each to access.

I see many kits have options with a 2nd rear cam not going down the road pf installing a rear cam just yet in less its easy low-risk job not too keen on linking to reversing lights that some says to do.
