You can buy new aftermarket headlamps for £213 a pair - Depo brand and several, apparently similar, suppliers on the big auction site.

I have one pair in my XC70 and one awaiting surgery for a bi-xenon projector fitting. My car came with Volvo’s bi-xenon lamps.

When I finish the surgery I’ll likely sell or pass on the current units to a needy cause if you can wait!

The lamps look and light much better than my cloudy ones, but the main and dip aren’t quite aligned on the drivers side unit - I think that may be bulb rather than lamp unit related however, and will investigate at some point soon.

I had mine polished by a mobile car detailer, it cost about £30 and took them an hour.
