Gosh! Wish I'd known earlier - bought 5 from Lakes in Huntingdonshire a fortnight or so ago having already bought new hubcaps! And they all need a fair amount of work to get them right

You price is better than theirs, so good luck - hope they sell easily (for comparison, I paid £120 for 5 wheels needing refurbing, no caps and tyres wrong size for me (able to sell one for £5), so £115 net)

SerzKotovskij I have heard that those centre caps are available at an embarassingly high price.

I heard it on the grapevine....

And Nick Lewin has told you how much he paid for Rigels without centre caps. Yours are "far more" valuable, they have centre caps.

I wonder if you might research what those cente caps are worth, tidy the wheels up a bit, revise your proposed price, upwards, and wait. There's a fair chance someone will pay. The thing would be, can you wait for a buyer who WANTS Rigels with centre caps?

Or. Sell the centre caps at a serious price and offer the wheels as a bonus if a good price is paid!

Gosh tidy up. I only suggest it as a way to sell for a good price. I need to tidy up, starting with tidying up myself. EEK.

Re that Nick Lewin. He and I have met at an excellent hostelry, to exchange Volvo parts. I arrived early on one occasion and I testify that the hostelry serves real sarnies, not a salad with a hint of bread and filling. Mr L. runs an exceedingly tidy 240 estate. With Rigels. The centre caps transform those wheels.

DISCLAIMER: My Omega wheels used for Goodyear non-winter tyres were bought from Mr Lewin at a mutually agreed relatively inexpensive price. (I have another set of Omegas for winter tyres also from a forum member, Tofufi. He even got them delivered hundreds of miles by a colleague to a place near me. !!!!! Hey this forum's members have been helpful to me so often.)

It's only one alloy wheel for sale....not a set... otherwise price would be around £300
I know about high money paid for caps alone....but mostly across a pound...
I'm generally surprised about luck of interest on them.... advertised on ebay and nothing.
Same as no interest on 2 galaxy's i got for sale...
Just a wrong time for sale i guess.... probably gonna keep it till and of summer and try to sell again.
