Stereo/Phone/SatNav : - No sound from handsfree

Hi All
I’ve got a C70 and yesterday when making a phone call I could hardly hear the other person I didn’t think anything of it and put it down to her having bad reception anyway I made another call and the same happened. So when I got home I rang my husband ( who was in the house with full reception) and again I couldn’t hear him does anyone know what the problem could be?

You need to turn the volume up of the phone and/or the car

Both phone and car volume’s are on as high as they will go.

I have the same problem with the 2015 S80 I recently purchased. Also all volumes maxed. I never had this problem with my 2006 S80.

I’ve still not got to the bottom of hardly any sound when using the hands free, does anyone have any other suggestions?

I am interested too. Although my problem is slightly different.
I can hear them, but they can’t hear me!
VIDA says low input signal from mic. But swapped with a known working one, and still nothing.
Bit annoying, as I practically live in my car so would like to use it!
