You're part right, I am originally from the "Honest Toun" so not quite far north of Scotland, but been in Herts a lot longer now.

Just wondering that should the radio not be working properly when buying the car. It seems pretty poor that I have to turn it up everytime, especially in a brand new "Premium Car".

I can only sympathise with your complaint as it was one I had raised very forcefully with Volvo when I got my car - luckily there is a fix
