  • VOC Members: There is no login facility using your VOC membership number or the details from page 3 of the club magazine. You need to register in the normal way

Harratts (Leeds) couldnt even be bothered to send me a quote for Contract Hire but that was probably a blessing in disguise. Harratts Huddersfield Business Manager I was dealing with must have left so maybe that is also a sign.

Mill Service guys have been spot on for me thus far and the General Manager Mark Tranmer wont forget me in a hurry but very satisfied, fair and always had a great courtesy car from them S80, XC90 Polestar..

I'll try Mill then. Harratts got back to me and said I could have the upgrade done for £36 plus vat. Despite me having an email from volvo saying it was a free upgrade

All I can say is avoid Leeds Harratts volvo.

It's freebie if the system is faulty or you have a good dealer. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason why they won't all provide it free, even although officially it is chargeable and not included within the upgrade promise as it is infotainment.
