Unhappy Mystery Problem??

Hi everyone, looking for some advice or to see if anyone else has experienced these issues.

My car is in limp mode and has been for the last two weeks. Is fine for the first couple minutes and then will not go above 3,000 revs.

It has had a new fuel filter and maf sensor.
Its been into Volvo and the only codes that came up were for the fuel additive tank (they filled up) and a clamp missing from the EGR valve. Advised it was driving fine and could come and collect but they could hear a whistle from the turbo which would take further investigations.
Picked it up and again it was ok for the first couple minutes and then straight back into limp mode again.
Took a look at the turbo pipes and turns out they hadn't noticed one of the clamps wasn't tightening up as it had lost its thread. Replaced that and no slits or holes found in the boost pipes.

It's currently in another local garage and its a mystery what is still wrong with this car. Its mechanically sound, there are no error codes coming up, drives perfectly under 3000 revs and they do not know what is wrong.

Help please............
