Default V60 doesn't recognise key message "insert car key"

Hi everyone. I am having trouble with my V60 2011 T4 summum.

Late December 2017 I got an "insert car key" message and the car would not start. I tried everything. Tried the second key fob, changed the batteries on the fobs, checked the fuses, tried with a fresh car battery even though mine was 6 months old. Brought a service laptop (not VIDA) and got an error code B102487. Finally the car had to be towed to a service location (specializing in volvo but not an official volvo location) which had its difficulties since the electric handbrake could not be disengaged! In the end the solution came by changing the immobilizer antenna (31252151) and reprogramming it (IAN Reload 30659360) as well as reprogramming the CEM module (CEM reload 31270561)

A month later after the repair the exact same thing happened! I am right now carless and really disappointed!

Does anyone have any idea what to do? I’m attaching the explanation of error code B102487 from VIDA

Regards
Andreas

Try cleaning the contacts on the plug to the IAU, only easy step there is.

Also check your battery volts are good.

You mean clean the key fob slot? Or the plug where VIDA connects?
Thanks

Where the plug from the key fob slot antenna plugs into the loom.
