hi tim- make me an offer mate for 4 rims (allowing me £20 to get the tyres taken off) and your steelies and nuts in exchange-he says reluctantly. because of how its parked and the light and grime i cant quite tell exact condition tonight-from memory and feeling round i thought theres a bit of curbing on 1 of them and would all benefit a light refurb.

Thanks Steve.

I'm also interested in the doors, if they have no rust and ideally no dents.

If OK with you, we'd probably come down and remove the parts we're buying. We would need to collect them anyway and it would save you the hassle. Obviously we'd arrange a mutually convenient time - none of this is urgent.

Cheers

John

hi john, drivers door i'll definitely be retaining and i'll confirm about the passenger (just wanted to double check our car carefully tonight). rear drivers door appears to be rust free but a small ding/crease a couple of inches across but is on the flat and in my opinion very easy to put right (bare door(glass but no panel, fittings, hinges or lock etc)- £20). passenger rear good and dent free but front lower edge inside has rust by drain hole where outer skin is folded over (bare door (as above)- £15). you'd be more than welcome to come down, unfortunately im not around this weekend but from sat 28th is generally good, most evenings are fine though. I've got power and could set lights up if necessary. engine loom (not inc senders/relays etc) i'd want £20 for. many thanks.

to callumk5 - i've tested the tape player and it seems to work absolutely fine and i've located the code so if your still interested yours for £10 and at a guess £6-7 postage or pick it up if your passing this way.

Steve,

Thanks for the offer of the parts, but there is a change of plan here. We're going to wait a get a complete spares car with all the parts we need in one shot.

Thanks again

John
